Description
Roverone is a still red wine from the Collina del Milanese, named after Podere Roverone, an area particularly suited to the production of quality red wines thanks to its exposure and soil characteristics. It is an intense and well-defined red, combining structure, drinkability and excellent balance. On the nose it shows notes of ripe red fruit, morello cherry and undergrowth, while on the palate it is firm, enveloping and persistent, with good body and character.

- Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested in small baskets, brought to the winery and gently destemmed. Classic red vinification takes place in 150 hl stainless steel tanks, using techniques that support tradition and allow targeted pump-overs in a protected environment, keeping skins in repeated contact with the must-wine for at least ten days.
