Description
Bennie is a fresh and harmonious Veneto Rosato IGT born on the morainic hills of Lake Garda in the Lazise area. Made from Corvina and Merlot, it offers a fragrant and fruity profile, immediate drinkability and a distinctive savoury streak. It is a versatile and easy-drinking rosé, ideal as an aperitif and perfect with light dishes.

Technical details
- Production area: Morainic hills of Lake Garda, located in the municipality of Lazise
- Soil: Gravelly morainic soil near Lake Garda
- Harvest: Hand-harvested in the second ten-day period of September
- Vineyards: Double-arched row-trained vines
- Vinification: Immediate destemming and low-temperature fermentation with the skins for a few hours. Once the desired colour is reached, pressing follows, then fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 °C.
