“BIANCOSPINO” Bianco IGT Basilicata Moscato is a white wine made from 100% Moscato Bianco Reale grapes, grown on the hills of Maschito (PZ) at an altitude of 450–600 meters above sea level.
The multilayer volcanic soil and the manual harvest at the beginning of September enhance the wine’s freshness. Vinification takes place without skins and at controlled temperature.
Straw-yellow in color, it offers floral and fruity aromas typical of Moscato. On the palate it is dry, with pronounced acidity and minerality.
Excellent with shellfish, seafood salads, and seafood appetizers.

The volcanic soil and manual harvest in early September preserve the freshness and aromatic expression of the grapes. Vinification takes place without skins at controlled temperature to enhance the typical characteristics of the grape variety.
