Description
Terranima Primitivo di Manduria is a powerful and characterful red wine from one of the most prestigious appellations in Apulia. The high fruit concentration typical of Primitivo is balanced by fresh acidity and a solid tannic structure. On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of ripe forest berries, cocoa and spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is warm, smooth and persistent, with nuances of dried plums, chocolate and fruit jam.

- Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel with approximately 10 days of maceration and frequent pump-overs
- Ageing: 8–9 months in glass-lined concrete tanks followed by about 6 months of bottle ageing
