Description
Pal del Vo’ is a Bardolino Classico DOC from the morainic hills of Lake Garda in the Lazise area. It is a versatile and approachable red wine that combines freshness, harmony and easy drinkability. On the nose it reveals open aromas of cherry and flowers, while on the palate it is soft, fruity, balanced and pleasantly compact.

- Production area: Morainic hills of Lake Garda, located in the municipality of Lazise
- Soil: Gravelly-sandy soil of morainic origin
- Harvest: Hand-harvested in the third ten-day period of September
- Vineyards: Double-arched row-trained vines
- Vinification: Destemming and fermentation on the skins for 8–10 days with continuous pump-overs at a controlled temperature of 18 °C. This is followed by pressing and ageing in stainless steel.

- Food pairings: A very versatile wine for the whole meal, especially suited to starters and light main courses. Also recommended with freshwater fish.
